If you want something sweet, use honey, but only a natural one, from apiary, collected in accordance with all the rules of honey making. Or take a fruit paste without sugar or fructose. It also contains a large amount of vitamin C.

Increase the amount of healthy fats. Cedar nut oil is one of the best options for saturating the body and protecting against the penetration of viruses into cells. Any kind will do - with or without natural additives. Just make it part of your diet, add it to salads, porridges, hot dishes, or take a teaspoon before meals up to three times a day. Olive oil is also good.

Use coniferous resin. It’s a strong natural antiseptic that will neutralize viruses when you are already surrounded by them. It will become a protective barrier. Chew it like any other chewing gum after eating, or when you visit crowded places.
