You can add all sorts of goodies (dried fruits, seeds), but more often our family just wants the simple bread. This rye-wheat bread with white wheat flour (premium or first) and whole grain rye.



Indeed, whole grain flour is very healthy. Moreover, in refined flour there is nothing at all. However, I am for a smooth transition. It is important that any innovation in nutrition is enjoyable.

We are used to lush bread. It can only be lush with flour of the highest (or first) grade, plus there is a huge benefit - everyone always succeeds in it.

Whole grain bread is always denser and more moist. It is very tasty, 100% healthy, but unusual for many.

I am very happy that after so many years my family has finally come to love whole grain bread.



When I was looking for my recipe, I tried many things. There were many failures. It upset me, and I took breaks for a couple of months, then again - new experiments. I didn't have the patience for this. Then once I found it. It all came together: the recipe was quick, healthy, simple and always delicious.

Sometimes I wanted to learn how to bake a loaf and all sorts of unusual bread. Then I started experiments. However, this is a very long process. In addition, it requires a lot of attention.

I have a few acquaintances who bake all sorts of delights. I admire their patience, hard work and love for this work - there is no way without love. Perfect hearth bread, baked on a stone, with a thin crispy crust, airy, leavened. This is a feat for me! Sometimes with great joy I buy such bread. Maybe someday I make it, when I have an old Russian stove.



And now I just bake delicious bread for every day. Simple, tasty and healthy. And, what is important to me, it takes little time.

Do not be afraid, look for your recipes, try, and please do not give up.
