Life on earth changes not only adults but also children. Children growing up on the land look at all the adults around them, at their regular activities and absorb this way of life.

For adults in the settlement, planting trees is not a new event, we plant hundreds of them. We take care of them, water, prune, fertilize. The same with construction, it is everywhere - everything is being built, rebuilt, expanded.

Therefore, I am no longer surprised, having become accustomed to, my children's play in planting "their forest" and "building their own house." In children's understanding, these actions are absolutely normal and habitual.

In the photo, a spruce branch, which the children found on the ground near the Cultural Centre, where we came to choreography with our and the neighbors' children.



Arriving home, the granddaughter of our friends, Ladushka, explained to everyone that "if you put this twig in the water, it will give roots and in the spring it will be possible to plant a small Christmas tree in the garden." "That's what grandma and grandpa do!" she said.

Now our children are all trying to root it in a jar of water. It seems like a trifle, but how strongly the image of life on the land emerges in the child's words.

What will they remember from childhood, what will they remember with nostalgia in their adult life?

These will be bright moments, moments of flight of the soul, smells in the air, sounds, soft light.

Then, as grown-up men and women, in moments of joy or sadness (or simply in minutes of conversation with their own soul), these memories will come in flashes, returning to such a cozy, warm, carefree childhood.



We have a long-standing tradition - to spend every sunset on the hill near the house. Every time, going upstairs, the children exclaim: "What a beauty around!"



It's great that this "beauty" can be easily reached on your favorite bike or on foot in slippers.
