"Life is not only, it will continue forever on the Kin Domain." These thoughts, after reading Vladimir Megre's books "Ringing Cedars of Russia", prompted the heroine of the video Tamara Chumak to take a hectare of land and create her KD on it. In 2015, Tamara bought 1.4 hectares of land in the Ladnoe village, moved from Moscow to the Vladimir region.

The Kin Domain belonged to a very good man, who built it for his beloved grandson with love and great desire, but by coincidence he had to leave his Kin Domain and move to another place. This is another story ... Aren't such coincidences accidental?

From the previous owner Tamara got a house with a garden, already grown cedars, pines, first-class raspberries and much more.

With great enthusiasm Tamara showed us every corner of her estate. We asked her if a hectare is enough. She answered: “I have one and a half. Very good, enough. A hectare is probably not enough. "There is a house, a greenhouse, an artificial irrigation pond, into which water flows directly from the roof.
