And the point is not even that daylight hours have increased. And not even that the last days of March are on the calendar, which means that even a first grader understands that the calendar spring is in full swing.



The fact is that Spring, as a feeling of new life, this year does not pass me by, as it usually happens from year to year. This year, Spring came to my Kin Domain (a land plot of one and a half hectares with a house, a garden, a vegetable garden, a forest and a hedge) and to my apartment in the city as an invited guest.



And not with empty hands, my Spring came to me, but with living gifts:
- with the first green grass on snowy thawed patches and with bird trills,
- with the first swollen buds on willows and catkins on birches and hazel,
- with an armful of new saplings of snadberry, linden and barberry, which we will soon be planting with our whole family in our hedge,
- with seedlings of flowers and tomatoes at my mother's windowsill.

I can continue the spring list for a very long time.



And this time, looking at the first green blades of grass on earth with a seething feeling of joy, I clearly remembered that exactly the same feeling of joy I had when a few years ago I learned that my husband and I would have a long-awaited third child, whom we also called to us. A very similar feeling!
