We have been sowing our own seeds for a long time, one might say from the very beginning. At first, the seeds were from neighbors, the founders of our settlement, who in turn took seeds, also proven, of old varieties, from grandmothers. We also had seeds from the settlement "Rodnoye" in the Vladimir region, also old varieties, not store-bought. Varieties Nezhinsky, Vyaznikovsky, Muromsky, Phoenix.



We collect seeds very simply. The cucumber is overripe and remains on the root until late autumn, until the frost. Then it lies at home. As soon as it starts to deteriorate, I take out the seeds, wash them and dry them. Then they are ready. Our water is not city water, but from our own plot, from the ground. Therefore, seeds are not exposed to any chemical influences at any stage of their growth, development or use.
