We are in the process of creating the Berezan’ Family Bequest Settlement, situated 6 km from Nalobikha (rail station ‘Ovchinnikova’), a village in the Kosikhinskiy district of Altai Krai. The settlement is 70 km from the city of Barnaul, and 80 km from Biysk. The territory of the settlement covers 36 hectares. Plots must be rented for 3 years before construction can begin following registration of the building. The land may be flat or rough, depending on the plot. The soil is rich in humus. There is a lake and birch groves on the land. 4 km from the settlement one finds pine forests. From the Berezan’ Family Bequest Settlement to Nalbikha there is only a dirt track through the fields which is almost impassable after heavy rains.
There are houses for sale nearby. In Nalobikha, they are more expensive, but one can find houses in other nearby villages (about 10 – 15 km from the site) for 30,000 roubles. Otherwise, there is accommodation for rent in Nalobikha. There are heated rooms for rent in the former schoolhouse.
