Blagorodnoe

Our settlement was created on August 20, 2006.

The total area of settlement covers 192 hectares, of which:

- 115 hectares are allocated for individual homestead plots ranging from 1 to 2 hectares;
- 15 hectares of pine forest are left for the park;
- About 10 hectares are allocated for the children school-sports zone;

The remaining land is used for playgrounds and the collective needs of the residents, such as a communal house, an administrative building and other public facilities.
Work is well under way to change the category of the land so that we can build on it and officially register our settlement.

Blagorodnoe Kin Domain Settlement is situated on the Bank of the river Uzhrat’, surrounded by fields and mixed forests. There is a natural spring on the territory which does not freeze in winter. The place is very beautiful. You can choose a site for every taste: without trees, or shaded by pines, birches, aspens, or willows. The forest is young. There are lot of strawberries in open areas as well as mushrooms, raspberries, blueberries, cranberries and brambles in the woods. An abundance of herbs and meadow flowers grow here too. Despite the sandy loam soil, apple and plum orchards thrive and yield a good harvest. When our pine and spruce trees get big enough to protect the gardens from cold weather and frost, we hope to eat pears, cherries and other fruits native to more southern regions.
When it rains the water is quickly absorbed in the sand. Tracks in the settlement are reinforced with sand and gravel, making it easy to get around.

Come and visit us! Together we will create a settlement which will be the ancestral home of our descendants. Our settlers already have already begun to cultivate cedars from cedar nuts - Olya and Vladimir Ziminy are growing family trees on the homestead – beautiful seven-year-old cedars!
